The Market Share Report provides insight on earned premiums by commercial payers for 2021 and 2022. This report was prepared for the Green Mountain Care Board by OnPoint Health Data, published February 8, 2024.
The market share report is prepared using the annual statement supplement report (ASSR). The ASSR is required by 8 VSA 3561. Data received is “point in time” for December 31st of the previous year and January 1st of the report year. Commercial insurers are required to report if they sold Vermont residents health or medical insurance. Information in this report represents data as reported by the insurers.
