We used the Vermont Department of Health Hospital Service Area Version 4 for this report. Additionally, we used zip codes from the New York Capital Region around Albany Medical Center and those around Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire to capture Vermont migration to those adjacent regions.
