The Board consists of a Chair and four board members who serve a term of 6 years on the Board. Data and Reporting Coordinator

The Data and Reporting Coordinator will work with the Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) and the Board's staff by on the management and analysis of health and human services data sets, in order to support evaluation of complex health care reform initiatives in Vermont. One of those initiatives is the first-in-the-nation All Payer Accountable Care Organization Model, described in an Agreement between the State and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The six-year Agreement, signed in October 2016, advances health care reform principles outlined in Vermont legislation by changing the payment model from fee-for-service to a value-based model that includes and aligns all payers (Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial insurance). The Data and Reporting Coordinator work will also support Accountable Care Organization oversight, Hospital financial reporting, and other GMCB regulatory activities. It is expected that the Data and Reporting Coordinator's data analytic skills will greatly contribute to the design and implementation of health care delivery and payment reforms for the GMCB and the State of Vermont.
