Hospital Market Report (Interactive Visualization)
This report was prepared for the Green Mountain Care Board by VAHHS-NSO. This report shows the changes over time of inpatient and outpatient discharges from the 14 Vermont acute care hospitals with patient residence, primary payer, emergency status, and type of service provided.
Data in this report comes from VAHHS-NSO’s data warehouse for the Vermont Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (VUHDDS). Data received is “point in time” and does not reflect any updates hospitals may have made in their systems after data submission.
The report contains data from Fiscal Year 2017 (beginning 10/1/2016) though Fiscal Year 2021 (ending 9/30/2021).
