Per Act 48, The Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) has the authority to establish advisory groups as needed to carry out its duties (18 V.S.A. § 9374). The Primary Care Advisory Group (PCAG) consists of 12 active members, GMCB staff and alternating GMCB board members. The GMCB may seek input, advice, or recommendations from one or more participants in the PCAG relating to clinical matters within the participant or participants’ expertise, to help inform its duties outlined in 18 V.S.A. § 9375 or to advise the Board on a report required by the general assembly or a general matter of interest.
