Per Act 48, the Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB) has the authority to establish advisory groups as needed to carry out its duties (18 V.S.A. § 9374). The Board's Prescription Drug Technical Advisory Group was established in 2020 to examine potential state solutions to help curb the rising costs of prescription drugs. The group currently consists of 12 active members, GMCB staff, and a designated Board member. You may view the current membership list here.
