As a committee of the Board, the Data Governance Council acts as a public body within the definition of Vermont Open Meeting Law. All meetings of the Council will comply with Vermont law and will be open to the public. Meetings are held in the Pavilion 4th Floor Conference Room, at 109 State Street in Montpelier beginning at 2:00 pm unless stated otherwise on the GMCB calendar of events.
The Data Governance Council is composed of seven voting members and meets approximately every other month in an open, public meeting. Meetings are announced on the Board’s calendar of events and meeting information for the Data Governance Council is publicly available.
